Booking & Checking In:
Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am. There are no early check ins or late check outs during peak season (May, June, July, August and September).
A deposit of the first night of stay (including tax) is due upon booking. The remainder of the stay is due upon check in.
There is one parking spot per reservation.
We do not allow pets. An emotional support animal is not a service dog.
General Policies & Additional Fees:
A $100 incidental hold will be placed on a credit card for the duration of my stay. Once this is released, upon checkout, it may take anywhere from 24-48 hours or more to show the release depending customers bank’s polices.
Additional fees may include, but are not limited to: late check out fee: $100, smoking fee: $250, pet fee: $100, damage fees: start at $200.
