All of our rooms are NON SMOKING, and any material in the rooms will be charged a $ 250.00 cleaning fee. You are allowed to smoke outside of your room on the patio area. Check out time is 10:00 AM. Check in time is 2:00 pm (if the room is ready prior to check in time, you may check in at that time). Sorry no pets allowed.
Please note that the check in age is 25 Years old and is strictly enforced.
Payment Policy
A one night deposit plus 9% tax is taken upon receipt of room reservation, and balance is due upon arrival.
A $ 50.00 cancellation fee will be charged after reservation has been created, up until 30 days prior to arrival date. Within 30 days of arrival, a CANCELLATION FEE of 1 night's deposit will be charged.
