Online bookings:
Full price is charged at the time of booking.

Phone bookings:
A 50% deposit is taken at booking.
Remaining balance is due on arrival.
If cancelled, non refundable deposit of half the total (meaning 50% of total stay refundable).
Refunds with 30-day notice may be granted at the discretion of the President/Management.

House Rules:
No pets allowed.
No smoking in rooms.
Room damage charges may apply for unexpected or excessive damage.
No cleaning fees are charged.

Extra Guest Policy:
No extra guest fees.
The number of guests must not exceed the room’s maximum occupancy.
Extra guests above maximum occupancy are not allowed.

Parking:
No parking fees.
One car per rental unit due to limited parking availability.

Check In from 3PM to 10PM? yes to both
Checkout from 6AM to 10AM?

A deposit is required for all rooms.
For bookings not cancelled within 30 days, half of the deposit is non-refundable (or fully non-refundable depending on management decision).
Management may decide exceptions.
